Not according to the laws of the game.
As I'm fully aware. I'm not against the awarding of it - It's just a ****ing stupid law.
Not according to the laws of the game.
Still a rule though.
Why should you be able to score or set a goal up with your arm?Yes, I've not said otherwise, just pointing out its ****ing ridiculous. How there can be a different rule depending on who's arm it hits or which end it's at? Mental.
It complete favours the defending team which is the opposite of what rule changes should do imo.
Why should you be able to score or set a goal up with your arm?
Well chances are that will mostly be penalised with a penalty. Why should you be able to block a goal bound shot with your arm?
Well chances are that will mostly be penalised with a penalty.
Whilst it doesn't really matter to me whether Man City win lose or draw, the fact that you've got some joy out of it brought a smile to my face.Whether or not you agree with the decision, I think we can all agree that man £ity being denied a win due to VAR is glorious. **** them

It wasn't a poor decision it was the correct one according to the rules. Whether the rules are wrong is another matter entirely. We have been seeing this in European games for a while now, the PSG- Man U disallowed goal was the same. Overall though I think VAR will be good for teams like ours because refs won't be able to favour the big money clubs as they have for years.

I was referring to the penalty not given in the first half
And yeah, this new handball rule is utterly ridiculous as it stands.
Didn't see the penalty shout, but no decision which goes against man £ity can ever be a poor decision.
The thing is PL, whilst I doubt many of us are pro Man City in isolation, it's likely to be a two horse race for the title again. And given the choice between Liverpool and Man City winning the PL...I suspect I'm not alone in wanting it to be City AKA not Liverpool! Unless City are playing Saints, I want them to win every game not because I support them, but because if they do it means that Liverpool don't win the league.
I'd rather Liverpool won the league than man £ity. I'd rather any team win the league than Man £ity except possibly Chel$ki. I'd possibly even rather Southampton won the league.
