You'd have thought by now we'd have overcome it by now. When I was in my 20s, if someone had asked me, I would have answered that racism would have been over by now. I'm bound to say that Brexit has given it an outlet. Another older relative I spoke today has given me pause. Happily, I spoke to a younger niece today, and she refreshed my faith in human nature.

To be fair to Pepe, today has been by a mile his best game for Arsenal so far. He deserves that.

Arsenal have been absolutely awful. Again.

Arsenal's attackers punish the opposition for not putting them to bed. Again.
 
Oh dear West Ham. This defeat is more damaging than ours was yesterday. Arsenal were all over the place at 1-0 down.
 
The second Arsenal goal actually included Ozil getting a minor sprint on. Sure, he probably needs a lie down now, but it's amazing what happens when players given a little bit of effort.
 
If Fredericks can please get booked, this will round off a very good night (if Arsenal hold on).

Zabaleta has been finished as a PL player for a few years now. Djenepo or Boufal would kill him.

I would have preferred them to get a result tonight - if Arsenal at home isn't the match to get you back on track then Southampton away most certainly is.

Us and Arsenal are the two sides who can very easily mess up a 3-1 lead with 10 minutes left.

Long may it continue. At the very least let it continue into next weekend.

We are only three points behind Burnley, safety is well withing reach but breaking free of the relegation battle will be a hard ask with so many teams in the mix. We can do it though, feels like we've turned a corner.
