I don't think it would have been harsh going by how other similar offences have been dealt with. The referee saw the incident at the time but decided to take no action, so the FA don't have to punish the England captain further. Kane has a charmed life it seems.

Ordinarily I would question why that isn't a yellow card for Rose for diving. But after seeing Anthony Taylor's performance in midweek, I don't need to ask.
 
Feels quite surreal to be wanting to praise Arsenal's defending after an hour.
