It depends and needs more words around it. The "f" sound is very weak/and often omitted in spoken speech. There will be variations depending on where it is spoken and the "kinda peepil" speaking.
I agree, the derivation of “could of” is ironic, as it seems to have come about by people trying to correct the mispronunciation of “could’a”, which is a common idiom. Using it in written speech makes no sense, however.

Little to choose between Spam and Manure, so I care very little!

I salute you!! A much more measured response. " I care very little." As for "spam" wasn´t it a disgusting tinned meat product that I have not missed in over 50 years? And "manure" is that wonderful product we put on our gardens to improve the soil quality and goodness of our plants. So Manchester United fans should think themselves lucky to have what is supposedly a derisory term, being used to refer to their team.

I think you will find could of originates with could've. A simple and wide-spread mistake which DRIVES ME BONKERS!

Not sure I really get Palace's tactics. Zaha seems stuck out on the left wing, not too involved. And McArthur often seems to be their furthest player forward through the middle.

Although as I write, PVA smashes home.
