Say what you want about Joe Hart, and he is at least gracious in his position. There is none of the arrogance that you may expect from an England International that has 74 caps.

Knee ligaments are bastards, I'm 6 months post-op and only now starting the exciting rehab stuff like jumping and lateral movements like agility work.
