They need to get over the staduim hate, after all, 98 years left on the contract. Were I them, I would be focusing on the owners & how they go about their business.
There is only one excuse you can make about that stadium, from a football perspective. Because the sight lines are different to Upton Park it normally takes a bit of adjustment for some players. But that's it. They should now be playing as if they've always played there. Don't know what the fans are moaning about. Great looking venue. Wish we had a stadium like it [not bemoaning St Mary's]

Thing is, WHU have always had a great capacity to end up in the lower part of the table. They're just going through one of those times.

No thanks. Don't really like St Marys but at least it's a purpose built football stadium.

Just saw an interesting video pointing out that any club hiring Allardyce suffers badly after he goes....i.e. the curse of Allardyce. The author suggested that it was down to Sam's preference for long ball, meaning that a subsequent manager struggles to get the team to play in a different style. If so, you can't blame Sam as he is hired to rescue a team from a slide.

I think the fact that you are in such a parlous state that you need Big Sam points to problems already at the club....which is why none of us saw Sam as the answer to our problems. Not desperate enough.
