I note Crystal Palace have got 5 points from last 3 games.....still bottom, but keeping themselves in touch. Not over till it's over.
Spoke to a Hammers fan last night. He reckoned they're doomed. I had to tell him to chin up.They couldn't keep up with Rooney's running. Have fun against Sane at the weekend, Hammers.
(I'm presuming they'll throw more millions at it, come January. Such is their ilk.)
Hammers fan said it was all the fault of the stadium.Moyes won't make it past January in my opinion. They will panic.
There is only one excuse you can make about that stadium, from a football perspective. Because the sight lines are different to Upton Park it normally takes a bit of adjustment for some players. But that's it. They should now be playing as if they've always played there. Don't know what the fans are moaning about. Great looking venue. Wish we had a stadium like it [not bemoaning St Mary's]They need to get over the staduim hate, after all, 98 years left on the contract. Were I them, I would be focusing on the owners & how they go about their business.

Thing is, WHU have always had a great capacity to end up in the lower part of the table. They're just going through one of those times.
Not really but thanks for tryingBut Cardiff might come up. Does that help? No?

A wind up on a football forum?!Wasn't really trying. Was on a wind up.![]()
Lawro has us beating Cherries 2-0 tomorrow. He also has us at 7th place in his 'expected positions' league table. He thinks we've underperformed but are getting it back. It all sounds terribly reasonable. You'd think he's actually been watching. So that's another loss for Newcastle, albeit an expected one.
