How was Pickford not penalised for that slap / punch & got nowhere near the ball. And no VAR? Have I missed something?

 

I remember SRL quoting that training was getting too much so he & Lallana went to see Poch & talk about it. Poch sorta acknowledged but next session it was twice as hard!

Seems strange for a team in a relegation scrap to swap Rodgers for Dean Smith.

This is a big fall from grace for the former league champions and fa Cup winners. However, like us they have stood still and more progressive teams like Brentford, Fulham and Brighton have taken our places at the top table. For now.

 

Everything is cyclical. Looks like Leicester are on the fastest spin setting at the moment. Is there a record for Prem winners to relegated?

edit - Blackburn of course but it took them 17 seasons. 1995 winners to 2012 relegation

 

Leicester have way better players than us too. It’s almost a funnier relegation than ours.
