I understand where you're coming from, but comparing Moyes' Everton to Martinez's Everton is not comparing like for like.

Lukaku and Barry have been great signings, McCarthy a decent signing, and Barkley is now ready for regular first team football. And prior to Baines' injury last weekend, Martinez has had the luxury of being able to name an unchanged defence every game.

That said though, yes the style of football that Everton are now playing appears to be a clear improvement on Moyes' style.
