Kevin Ball strikes back in this managerial duel, introducing Seb Larsson, who is somewhat ****.

Remember Macheda though. He scored a beauty against Villa and everyone was convinced he was the real deal when in fact he was ****e.

Perhaps, but I've been really impressed by him in his sub appearances previously. Very composed given that he's pretty much a fetus.

Soon as ManU equalised, Sunderland went from being a resolutely defending home side to an away side who started to chase shadows, and the belief had gone. It wouldn't surprise me now if ManU make the score more comfortable than 1-2. Missed opportunity for Sunderland.

Sunderland also seems to exhaust themselves by half-time of every game, which is odd because they aren't the hardest-working squad in the league. One too many nights out...?

First half Sunderland pressed Man Utd. The second half Sunderland have letUtd do what they want. Hopefully the way we play and our fitness being much better means we can get a point or more.
