That's a crazy prediction.

What makes you think we'll score?

My predictions for this week:

Nice to still be in Division 3 where I won't have the pressure of being an arsehole any time soon.

In my desperate fight for relegation I have gone:

West Brom 1-0 Everton
Liverpool 1-2 Aston Villa

I'm also in Division 3 so does that mean I have to stop being an aresehole? :(

It would be some long odds on them coming in, but, I don't think I'll be troubling the bookies.

All part of my cunning plan for 'glorious promotion' in October, but, first I have to make a determined effort to be relegated.

And JPF can't do anything about it. <laugh>

Don't bet on that. JPF will make up some new rules, like you can't get promoted the month after you get relegated. Or all relegations are stored up and apply from the beginning of May. Or anyone whose account name ends in 'Heed' has to start off from October in Division 10 and work their way up.

Aye, he might change the rules, but, if he was fair minded, which most of us know he is, he would appreciate what I'm doing.
However, if really is as narrow minded as some say, and wants to be the Sepp Blatter of the TPLPGTODAG, then Bring On the sanctions. <laugh>

If he is the Sepp Blatter equivalent, then I'm sure you could keep him quiet with a ... err ...'gift'.

2 back issues of The Beano, a pair of night vision 'spy goggles' and a pink feather boa should do it. <ok>

Obi - maybe we shouldn't start counting our chickens. I notice a certain Mr Tiote in our league and although I am new to the forum I have noticed a general theme to his posts that he is always right. Fortunately he only wants to predict one match and he surely can't go for a Newcastle loss each week!

Well if he does go for a Toon defeat each week - and knowing that he's always right - then we really are doomed! So this thread has the perfect title.

Odd that I'm the only one who thinks Alan will pull a rabbit out the hat, and lead us to a glorious win tomorrow.
Suits me, I'll be the only one to pick up the points. <laugh>

Or the only one to NOT pick up points? <whistle>

That is a possibility of course. <grr>

Was talking to someone from Southampton this afternoon, and he actually thought we might win.

Not sure if he was feeling sorry for us or really believed what he was saying, so I suppose he's either a liar or similarly deluded. <laugh>
