Meanwhile, Darren Jones and Al Carns are both said to be considering a challenge to Burnham for the leadership. I hope at least one of them does challenge because Burnham is looking a bit too cocky for me. He needs to be pushed into setting out his personal manifesto for the next three years before being crowned.

Must admit that Carns seems an impressive guy - I think he would bring some much needed integrity.

That said, I suspect it will be Burnham …
