Very interesting that Goldy as my Mrs has MS and has done for 18 years now. It's supposed to be worse in men. All her siblings have some form of neurological disorder which I used to joke that it was bad breeding. To me MS is an umbrella for numerous, different conditions. Too little is known about it and even consultants disagree over it. 100 years ago it was thought that it was blood flow related. I also happen to think that my wife's is all blood flow related. You can never get a blood sample from her, she has been prescribed blood thinners daily yet apparently this isn't related?!. The wisest consultant we ever saw said that they will never truly be able to diagnose until a post mortem.

I remember you saying your Mrs had it, Bob. Very sorry to hear it. I do think medics can control the degeneration better now. People can live with it more easily. I just hope that improvement continues

And I have corrected Stainseys mistruth too, although of Greek origin, George was born under Roman rule...so nationality is probably Roman.


Now, I will also point out we are arguing over a historical figure that may or may not be factually correct any how. ( I am basing that suggestion on the remain part of the story about him slaying a dragon... and everyone knows they only existed in China or Wales).

I am fully aware Stainsey loves to turn my handle..and I am quite enjoying this little "spar".

Definition of spar:-If you spar with someone, you argue with them but not in an aggressive or serious way
