From what I gather, the figure between 106k and 165k is based on an applicant taking 4 years to be processed

You really have become a pathetic, angry little man, Staines. If there is cruelty in the UK expose it, but click bait from disgusting rags like the Sun, Mirror or Star persuade no one, though I accept they're your level. Meantime I will continue to condemn the boiling alive of dogs and cats in festivals in China. Fortunately there are British charities helping now to rescue a lucky few animals. Race baiting from empty-headed muppets like you means nothing to me. You've been raging for some time. I noticed it when you had a go at Col over the w/e for no reason. An anger management course may help.
