My God! It's been 6 years. 6 years!!!! Still you're whining about Brexit.
It's happened. It's time to make the best of it, whether it's struggling or becoming better, we need to move on, with it.
Always said it wouldn’t move on so it will be the same in another six years
It will probably put back the U.K. decades
It’s been magnificent watching it from here

He should go as well imo
He was party to the biggest set of lies in U.K. politics imo he has simply hid in the shadows
Great to watch the Tories implode very entertaining stuff but predictable

Always good to hear from you, DT. Hope you are well and have been out with your Gilet Jaune sending a message to Monsieur Macron.

Boris Johnson will go imminently. But Brexit won't. Johnson was just a part of that movement and there are many competent individuals ready to pick up the baton and take it forward.

Don’t think there are enough Tory MPs who wish to be associated with Johnson for him to fill all the ministerial roles vacated today……but Liz Truss thinks he should stay.

35 resignations so far. Add those to the 148 MPs who voted against him in the confidence vote, and that makes more than half of his MPS.

Hope he calls a GE rather than resigning.

I have to say that watching the absolute glee of our leftie cabal on here, salivating over the imminent demise of Johnson and the Tories is hugely entertaining.
I said Boris should go many, many months ago and this Tory government is, on the whole having a bit of a mare.

At some point, the wonderful Labour party/Liberals will get their chance.

That should be equally entertaining.

Didn't imagine you as a GBNews viewer :emoticon-0100-smile
Have been watching the "liaisons committee " on GB News.

It has been fascinating.

Only down side are the people who email in with the " poor Boris"..." you shouldn't follow people into pubs to see what they do with " consulting " adults!!".

But for info GB news is good

i'm just intrigued to see how much damage boris can keep doing to government.

Hopefully it will lead to someone else getting in other than the tories and labour. Maybe proportional representation can make it through

Col I hope all you can criticise is the Labour Party policies ( and I will support you in criticism of policies)...and not the morals of the leaders.

That is what is going on here.

Now it is nothing to do with Brexit, taxes, or fiscal policy...it is just morals and due process of honesty

I used to be fervently opposed to PR but have warmed to the idea over recent years… probably because I’d enjoy the different kind of chaos that could ensue.

They'll be just as bad Beth.

Maybe...maybe not.

But who can say until they are given a chance

I have to say...no one...but no one ....Tory, Labour, Lib Dem...or even the monster looney party ) could be as bad on the moral, ignoring facts, glossing over things as Boris...and I expect the next PM/Tory leader...to be so so much better.

I may not agree with Tory politics Col but I can appreciate people who try to do that honestly and correctly ( Kenneth Clark, Lawson for example).

If the tories get in a honest Tory...I will contest their policies...but I will not contest their person...as I have done for Boris...for over 2 years.

Boris is scum...( that is nothing to do with whom he represents)
