Next election has to be by the end of 2024 I think. The Tories will depend on this years inflation, the fact that they have materially cut benefits for the worst off, and general lying, cheating etc ( great new one - Johnson and Patel to be reprimanded for boasting about an alleged drop in crime - they said it’s fallen 14%, in fact it’s gone up 14%, but they ‘don’t count’ fraud) all being forgotten about by then. Even the things, like wholesale gas prices, which are not the Tories fault will be blamed on them……because they promised so much in the first place. You must log in or register to see images

At least this is a low tax government.

Place your bets ladies and gentlemen……
I have no idea how hard up households are expected to pay for this, whatever little Rishi says he is giving back.
Is this rise in tax ? I thought it was just letting the fuel suppliers make extra money and the government don’t see it ?
It was a joke about how conservative the Conservative Party is when it wants to be

Both the furlough and tax increases are more or less inevitable in the situation we found/find ourselves. What didn’t have to be inevitable was the billions and billions fraudulently stolen by the government and their mates which the serfs now have to pay for. Bob Smith in Rotherham will find a reason to blame Labour and/or the EU.Oh ok….thought I’d got it wrong.
They lie, lie and lie again…..about more important things than parties that’s for sure.
One thing that does piss me off though…..I know more than a few people who were lauding it a while back when getting paid 80% of their wages while on furlough….and now the self same people are moaning about tax rises and the like….I mean, are they that ****ing stupid to not realise the money was gonna be clawed back from them in some way.

I agree with you to a degree, and sadly no one will ever be found responsible for the billions that was wasted in **** PPE and the like. However my point still stands, Some people were taking the piss not long back, and that includes companies as well as individuals, and now it’s come home to roost the natives ain’t happy.
Same ****s who took the piss out of Corbyns ‘magic money tree’.
So what were they to do, not accept it?Oh ok….thought I’d got it wrong.

Of course people will moan about tax rises, who ****ing wouldnt? Your last sentence is totally correct though, people are ****ing stupid. This cost of living crisis, that will no doubt fire more people into poverty whilst the real fat cats get richer is all political choice. Thats the conservative way, the poor get poorer whilst the rich get richer.

They have had on a lot of critical Tories, very few pro-Boris Tories, but I may have missed them.
They run with opinions on most "stories". The one I was most staggered/interested by was by a young Islamic guy who explained the attraction of jihadism. I understood what he was meaning...I had not thought about it before in that way.
As I say it is interesting but the best way to find out is to look yourself and see if it is your cup of tea.
Saville was a disgusting vile ****. Often spotted in my local town canvassing for the Tories, perving on kids and those on their last legs. Horrible twatHow long can people resigning

Boris Johnson's policy chief Munira Mirza quits, condemning his "inappropriate" attack on Keir Starmer over Jimmy Savile
In her resignation letter, published by The Spectator, she wrote: "You are a better man than many of your detractors will ever understand, which is why it is so desperately sad that you let yourself down by making a scurrilous accusation against the leader of the opposition."
