This is all quite entertaining.

May was useless, but was really just somebody that had been promoted above their ability, and in the end I felt a little sorry for her.

Johnson is someone who believed he was born to rule and who would do or say anything to reach his goal. He deserves every bit of this humiliation and I will relish it.

I will absolutely love it if Boris ends up as PM for less time than May. May didn't have the political dexterity to cope with being PM, despite being a commanding SoS. Ditto Brown. But both had beliefs and principles they were willing to stand up for. Johnson has absolutely none of that and I'm enjoying his downfall immensely.

What did she lie about? She had three red lines. Designed a system that would adhere to those red lines and people hated it and so kicked her out (even though Boris voted for her deal at the third time of asking). Boris made the same three promises. Completely rolled over on the border down the Irish Sea and yet somehow people loved him for it. One stuck to their word and got punished for it. The other lied his way through the leadership campaign and didn't deliver what he promised.

Surely if they just say sorry for the impression it gives they will get away with it, or infact just say it was a work event on a bus!

Or just maybe we as a society could concentrate on things that are infinitely more important, like kids killing each other, rather than some posh arrogant twat having a party………just saying.

Admittedly stainsie
Had they been at a beer fueled piss up they might have been far too smashed to raise a sword

Conversely, how do you expect a Govt that can't follow its own rules - and lacks the integrity to take responsibility for its own actions and apologise - to do something about a more important issue like knife crime?

No government has sorted out knife crime
In 1984 mine was taken from me and destroyed by the police
Got my first caution that time

What's your party's thoughts on knives
Will gg ban them

You’d have to ask him I guess. My personal opinions on how we need to tackle this have been put already. Adding to that some members on here have put some fantastic views, ideas and pointed out other methods that have worked up in places like Glasgow (Though I’m not entirely convinced this would necessarily work down in London).
Personally I think it needs education from a young age as to the dangers, risks and consequences of carrying a knife, an increased use of stop and search (like it or not it does work) and if caught carrying a weapon like that then be prepared to be punished severely.
Not saying I’ve found the answer but it’s just my opinion.

You voted for a bigger liar, Col.

And he's even more ****ing useless.

No, he really isn't. For all the schadenfreude that the Remainers are getting from parties and cakes, I'll always be grateful to Boris for seizing the Brexit issue from the hands of a shambolic and shamefully undemocratic parliament under May's watch. I think Boris may go, but consider this. If history seen through the eyes of Tory faithful is that Boris has been hard done by, he may be back after time in the wilderness. I know of no reason why this is impossible.
