It doesn't work like that with Boris... May was a different kettle of fish.Think it’s more likely they turn on him, he takes the fall for the whole Party’s ineptitude and corruption and they pretend Sunak or whoever takes over is completely different as if they’ve not been in power for over a decade.
Grass roots Tories still support Boris and his popularity ( even with the problems) is still higher than the rest.
However I do get that new MPs are frustrated with recent events.
