I've not mentioned any pipe bombs or explosives, think you've got me muddled up with someone else. For arguments sake, if the woman was of afghanistan heritage, breaking in to a government building, whilst carrying a backpack, would the shooting be justified?

So it basically comes down to the colour of skin? Correct me if I'm wrong mate but I'm struggling to understand why the security guy is in the wrong.

but why does it have to be christian in the first place? Either way, she could have had a bomb, some of her fellow "protestors" did actually have bombs, unfortunately, she didn't give any thought that to the secret service who had their weapon drawn in a gun crazy country as she tried to force her way to a protected area

oh so i was right then the argument was about skin colour when i mentioned white <whistle>

i don't know about explosives but if someone had a bomb in a backpack i'm sure it would do plenty of damage.

Wheeling in barrels of explosives, this isn't the 1500s, technologies gone a bit further now i would have thought

Because if you look at the last 30 or 40 years, suicide bombing appears to be almost exclusively the modus operandi of Islamic extremists. So it was highly unlikely she had a suicide bomb and highly unlikely she was trying to smuggle a bomb in unnoticed.

Trump supporters are already saying she was executed, she was a patriot and lay her life down for her country. Dangerous territory

Really now, i'd say what happened yesterday was the perfect opportunity for someone to smuggle a bomb in unnoticed. A few people tried but were not at the front otherwise they may have been shot as well. It just so happens that she didn't, but the secret service aren't to know that and would have been rightly castigated should one of her fellow nuts have managed to get their pipe bombs in (and those are the ones that were found)

She was a silly, stupid woman breaking into a government building with unknown intentions. She laid her life down but not for her country but for the words of a crazy man!

Anyone smuggling a bomb in (and looking to escape afterwards) would not want to draw attention to themselves. She was leading the charge and surrounded by police and security men.

That's not the point though, you said Western Christians can be white or black....so can Muslims.

What's not debateable is the fact that had she not been part of a mob that had assaulted the seat of Congress, the security officer wouldn't have felt there was a "Clear and present danger" and decided to shoot her. By the looks of things, a warning or a physical barrier wouldn't have stopped her or any of her cohorts.

I'm sorry she's dead, I'm sorry a police officer had to die in the course of his duties too, but this could have all been avoided if Trump hadn't stoked up the mob in the first place, and if America clamped down on it's gun laws. Could you imagine allowing civilians to congregate outside the House of Parliament with automatic rifles, pistols, etc all wearing body armour and balaclavas (except for the Jay Kay lookalike - think he thought he was off to a rave) - it just wouldn't happen.

Easy to escape. She could live underground afterwards, she could get a presidential pardon from trump. All that needs to happen is that she doesn't need to die in a suicide bombing which is what most people are afraid of. A lot of them thought it was going to be a civil war. Regardless of this, this was if she had a bomb, she could as just quite easily kill them all with a gun if that was her motive
