Does the Guardian need unconscious bias training?
The woke daily seems to think black people all look the same.

Could the Guardian be institutionally racist?

An article by Owen Jones about the rapper Wiley’s recent anti-Semitic outburst on social media somehow ended up featuring a picture of another black rapper – Kano.

The article was literally about racism. Not only that, but it was about newspapers ‘peddling prejudice’. You couldn’t make it up.

This is not the first time the Guardian has made this kind of blunder. In fact, it was not even the first time this week.

An article reporting the death of Primal Scream singer Denise Johnson featured a picture of a different black singer. The article also included a video of a song Johnson had no involvement with and got her age and date of birth wrong.

For a newspaper always keen to let us know just how racist we all are, and which has called for us all to be trained to tackle ‘unconscious bias’, the Guardian might benefit from looking in the mirror.

As Brendan O’Neill argued on spiked this week, the root of so much modern racism is identity politics – something which the Guardian endlessly promotes.

Perhaps the Guardian should get its own house in order before accusing others of unconscious bias.

Boris Johnson repeatedly used inaccurate child poverty figures
UK statistics watchdog confirms PM exaggerated Tory record on issue

Why does this bloke doesnt get called out on being a blatant liar is beyond me. He can stand on national tv or in parliment talking absolute bollox and people just swallow it.

“If you repeat a lie often enough, people will believe it, and you will even come to believe it yourself,”

Cummings and Johnson know this very well, having got away with it on Brexit. This whole administration is built on a foundation of deliberate lies.

I doubt in their wildest dreams they’d still have such vast swathes of the population making excuses for them. Brexit means Brexit means Brexit.

I'm not sure what will have changed to make those Brexit voters turn into Remainers though

I suspect that the SNP is rubbing its hands together at the thought of holding another Independence referendum though - they could well win next time around given the last 6 months

Jackson Carlaw, the buffoon that replaced Ruth Davidson as leader of the Scottish Tories, resigned yesterday stating he wasn't the right guy to argue the case for remaining in the Union - no **** Sherlock, he was right out of the toffee-nose Tory mould that is now loathed up here. Feeling is that he was pushed by Westminster, and it's rumoured that Douglas Ross, who resigned from the Scottish Office in disgust at the Dominic Cummings farce, is the man to replace him.

To be fair I don’t think anyone would do a great job of representing President Cummings and his gang of spivs in Scotland.

Nice to see johnson handing peerages out left, right and centre despite his election pledge to quell the numbers! Even the Russians are getting in on the list.

We don’t want to be ruled by the unelected (actually elected but whatever they’re forrens). We want Ian Botham to fly back from his gaff in Almeria and decide instead because he’s been staunchly “they need us more than we need them” for four years when he’s not posting his knob on Twitter.

We need more Russians in the house of lords. It becomes quite funny when you think of all the people up in arms about foreigners coming to this country and now we invite them into our house. This has to be the most corrupt, inept government in my lifetime.
