mmm a bit better than the Vietnam deal that some laughed at. Funny I thought we were told that no-one with any clout would deal with us? :emoticon-0127-lipss

Brexit LIVE: Are you watching, Brussels? UK and Japan unite for deal FAR BIGGER than EU’s

After initially being turned off by the idea of Brexit, Prime Minister Shinzo Abe has since told No10 he is keen to swiftly wrap up a free trade deal,

Except in the event Japan gives us a “FAR BIGGER” deal then the EU automatically receives those “FAR BIGGER” benefits too as part of their deal.

But yeah, The Express.

Sounds like little John Bercow is having a temper tantrum over the fact he's not being given a peerage. 'Unprecedented,' he says. A bit like his attempts (failed) to scupper Brexit. Wonder who's he bullying now?

not to mention the fact that this week an official complaint went in accusing him of bullying. Odious little twat.

I’m going to need a sensationalist inaccurate Express headline before I can believe you.

<laugh> Yeah there does seem to be a lot from the Express...
However
The underlining message is that all the crap the doom and gloom lot wrote about Brexit was wrong.
Project fear ended up being... Project fear. <yikes> The EU said it doesn't need us...
What was it some referred us to as ”little England”? Funny for a little England leaving they are all s22tting themselves.

You’ll inevitably develop that view if you read The Express for thirty years.

Cheeky sod I don't read that crap! I am a Torygraph and occasional Times reader (normally when its free on the train).
However, many commentators have said Project fear is dead and buried. Although I think there are a few fanatics left to try and frighten people..

Dan Hannan reveals THREE countries will follow Britain out of EU: 'Put money on it!'
https://www.express.co.uk/news/uk/1...-talks-italexit-netherlands-daniel-hannan-spt

Doesn't surprise me that Hannan names Netherlands and Denmark. These are wealthy countries and many of their civilians are getting tired of paying large net service fees just to be given back strict laws by Brussels with little representation.

There are important regional elections in Italy today. If Salvini is triumphant in the wealthy, previously left wing areas, that would bring Italexit that much closer

I was talking to a matetoday who wasn't surprised as I was when I mentioned Holland
He reckons it’s on the cards as well. agree Italy also.
I don’t know if I mentioned this but at the EU last week someone said that more Pols want out than remain.
It will fall to bits soon and they only have themselves to blame.

Not a single #Labour MP turned up to debate Nadine Dorries the Health & Social Care Minister, on why & how hundreds of Women & babies have suffered & died needlessly at Shrewsbury & Telford Hospital. ONLY #Conservative MPs turned up! So who cares most about Health & Social Care?

Midlands NHS has a higher kill ratio than the SAS. Perhaps it's time we switched them around and sent our nurses to Afghanistan instead.
