Should the UK remain a part of the EU or leave?

Of course I did with friends exactly why we could see back then it would be extremely difficult. WTO rules appeared to the public long after the vote imo. It was never really discussed as a main point to anyone
I think we have proven that what followed was no plan at all after the shock of the protest vote

About time people admitted that didn’t heap all the blame into the EU hence why I believe remainers never even thought they would lose and the people that didn’t vote suddenly woke up to the fact very quickly that leaving would be a bad idea. We are still leaving no problem with that but no way will I ever believe that Leavers carefully considered the full impact of Brexit

They know it know and there is still no plans at all plus imo you have a solid mass of people that still want to remain over 60% as I have always said

Seriously, Paul, please throw in a few commas, semi-colons and full stops. I honestly struggle immensely to follow the points you try to make on this thread.

Update Boris 0 Parliament 6.

I think if I was in Johnson’s or Cumming’s shoes I’d have mapped out the decision tree scenarios and identified all the stupid gates I’d have to go through every step of the way. Johnson is an idiot, but not such a big idiot that he won’t recognise a hostile parliament and expect to lose a series of test points. We’re all alive to what destroyed May, so only an utter numpty would think there’d be a different outcome simply through a change in PM. The position of the majority of MPs is quite clear.

What I do wonder is how the democratically minded general public are taking all of this in.

I have spoken to enough intelligent Remainers that are dismayed with these parliamentary shenanigans and will vote Leave if asked again. I’m not aware of any prominent Leaver having changed their minds since the referendum and is now an ardent Remainer.

Still time to do a ‘Norway’.

You really are a complete ****ing idiot, completely deranged repetitive and most of all boring.

Opinions?
Turk 0 Idiot 7

Yellowhammer will maybe make you eat your words especially on the source of project fear. Lib Dem’s position really clear your answer to that is a simpleton insult.

You really have little idea imo on who is what and what is what ?

If the bias Bercow has shown is parliamentary democracy, we might as well all give up. His lack of impartiality has been an utter disgrace

You lot see bias everywhere. Bercow has, correctly, made sure that the government can't steamroller parliament and that the views of back-benchers are properly heard. Good for him.

Your government, in a travesty of democracy, has shut down parliament in order to avoid scrutiny and opposition. Fortunately, the plan to do this was leaked and opposition parties were able pass their law before the shutdown. Good for them.

Ffs goldy you do crack me up

There needs to be a general election in November. I hope we can agree on that. With a new and impartial Speaker, we may be able to move forward
