I am not 100% sure of that mate. If it was leave v remain then leave would win hands down but there are still leavers that would worry about WTO. If there ever was a 'losers vote' they would rig the question and split the vote and they would have under 12's to vote all EU citizens around the world just to make sure. that's why I don't want another vote as it wouldn't be fair.
