Sure I read that the guy who wrote Article 50 said it could be reversed. Is it possible to reverse Brexit now that article 50 has been triggered? I'm genuinely not sure, although I suspect it can't be,

Straight out of Tim Farron's election manifesto ...![]()
Why are people criticizing May for calling an election? With the lack of opposition she has at the moment I think its a great move for her.

Agree Tooting he is deluded. Every time I see him I think he is on another planet. Although I do admire his stance on things. For the life of me I can't see why Corbyn didn't vote against it, saying they wanted to wait to see the outcome of the expenses investigation. Then table a vote of no confidence, meaning the tories would have to vote down their own government if they wanted an early election. The man is obviously so deluded he thinks he is going to win the election so snatched at the chance
TeD has a stance on thing as well!!Agree Tooting he is deluded. Every time I see him I think he is on another planet. Although I do admire his stance on things.

But not for the greater good of the country....!
Shes the PM and a Conservative, she did it for the greater god for her and the party. I'm sure 90% of the people would do the same thing.
Having a large majority in Parliament does not mean an end to Democracy. Their have many GE which have resulted in majority's of more than 100 and some more than 200. Labour won in 1997 with a 179 seat majority. Democracy is still here.Quite right but since Labour voted for article 50 I don't understand why she needed to go to the country to reinforce her position on the Brexit negotiations. It's purely a power grab and our democracy will suffer in the long run.
