You don't know that we will be worse off. Like others on here that said the World would fall apart after the vote and it has not, in fact listening to the news we seem to be doing okay. Then again we will be told that "we haven't left yet". The good news is the company I do work for is about to increase its deals with Europe from 4 years to 7yrs. I guess nobody has told them to read posts on here.

I couldn't care less whether we are in or out of Europe, I couldn't care less whether Trump is president of the USA or not. More importantly it's Huddersfield next game!

A Hard Brexit still allows us to have access to the Single Market. We just are no longer members of it. The UK has no wish to impose tariffs on EU goods and have them imposed on its exports. It's down to the EU whether it insists on trade being "with tariffs". What's interesting are the noises coming out of Germany, particularly senior ministers overseeing industry, making it clear that the EU should "keep the UK close" and not alienate it with punitive sanctions. This is largely self interest. The City of London provides vital financing for German, and indeed EU wide, commercial activities. Furthermore, EU defence and security capabilities without UK cooperation would be severely jeopardised.
A compromise will be reached that will suit all parties.
The Pound is down around 13% against the Dollar since the vote. We are all already worse off. Fact.
I'm no worse off in fact doing better than ever
The pound has been lower before Brexit that's a fact as well. I remember getting €1 to £1 and guess what we were in the EU, that's a fact. The Dollar was over inflated for a long time, another fact. The pound is now gaining ground again, that's a fact. Plenty of other facts that show positive things but why spoil your negativity.
Another fact, I'm no worse off and looking forward to getting out of the failed EU.
I know I can sound a bit rough around the edges but I was cringing at Trumps latest interview on those "bad people".
Surely being the President he must have a team that shows him how to present himself on camera?

I suspect a lot of his voters appreciate that simplicity.
Once again, funny you should say that because SkyNews said earlier that Millions of Americans agree with what he is doing and that because he is not a regular politician they like him.
If he'd lived 150 years earlier, he'd be telling them - "The only good injun is a dead injun..." and they'd be lapping it up just the same
The concept of what he is doing, protecting American citizens when they see the horrors that have taken place in France, can't be faulted - but the extent of what he's doing with blanket banning needs refinement

The value of the UK currency is down 13% against major other currency outside the £ and €. The value of the £ is the major measure of the UK economy - down 13%. The devaluations correlate to Brexit. The whole country is worse off.
Do you think he'll protect American citizens from the more real threat - other American citizens - by tightening the gun laws?
This is a huge red herring as the pound was over valued anyway.
Many of the experts that you and others were urging us to listen to pre-referendum are predicting that the UK economy will continue to grow for many years to come.

I also remember a famous politician saying that the pound fluctuates and doesn't give you a correct picture of what's going on.
But as I said before, If everything was going well you would probably still come up with a negative.
