Been shocking to be fair. Same fuel in the tanks and they immediately put the prices up. I get it if they buy at a higher price and the price goes up but forecourt prices go up and **** the customers.
Wait till the price of crude goes down, there will be a delay before forecourt prices go down. Total loss take. We’ll all play for it whether we have a vehicle or not. Plenty of pigs at the trough.

Count yourself.lucky in your nice little studio....I went through three tanks of fuel last week, gonna be the same this....up and down the country like a yoyo at the moment. Fuel gone up about 8p a litre in last few days, that's just under £8 a tank increase, which soon adds up

The price hike doesn't affect me. I only ever put in £50.

Heating oil (which I have to use) increased from 0.61p a litre to £1.35 in the space of seven days.
Was talking to my old man who said the same, had his delivery last week and called to book his next and the cost had doubled! Crazy!

Still have to drive to the Studio Steels, though the unit is only 10mins down the road :emoticon-0100-smile .

Looks like you’re gonna have to cut back on the vinyl for the rest of the year Steels.

Another example of how local councils abuse process to 'milk' residents. Croydon Council is an ongoing basket case and these schemes introduced just after COVID have been a nightmare. I live in the Holmesdale LTN and had a couple of PCNs when I hired a car when mine was in an accident, although I had a resident exemption for my car I'd inadvertently forgot to register the hire car. Many other residents got PCNs when the scheme started and despite opposition the w*nker Tory Mayor Jason 'Porkie Pies' Perry kept the scheme going after promising to end it if he was elected. That promise was used at the hearing which ruled against the Council who will have to find millions to repay all PCNs issued. The Council had a £119 million bail out from the government to avoid a fourth bankruptcy, this debacle blows a sizeable hole in their financial strategy once again. How these scumbags avoid prison for their financial incompetence is beyond me, many councillors responsible for more than one bankruptcy are still in office and several Chief Executives have walked away with six figure payoffs for failure...

Nah, gigs and vinyl are a neccessity so food and heating will have to be sacrificed instead....extra blankets to keep Mrs SM warm and Poundland porridge for brekkie

The experts talking on Al Jazeera and CNN have it on authority that Trump is thinking to use tactical nukes on Iranian IRGC forces who have closed the Strait of Hormuz

The guy is clearly insane

And there's no one to stop him. These ****s think it's God's will.

Actually, it's AI's will.

They're as bad as each other... the new Iranian Supreme Leader actually believes he's the vanguard for the return of the Mahdi, bringing about the end of days....he might be right about one of those

UN Security Council Resolutions…
“Russia - Iran’s ally on the council - has introduced a competing draft. Without naming Iran, Israel or the US, the text condemns all attacks against civilians and urges all parties to stop fighting and return to negotiations.”
BBC News

Now that is irony!
