Kneecap are on at TRNSMT in Glasgow, although John Swinney and the SNP are trying to get them banned. Could be firey as a load of Celtic youth will go to watch them, and the Rangers young team will be on the hunt for stragglers...

Maybe I’m far right now or something but raising English requirements for immigrants doesn’t seem the worst policy in the world. A lot of people up in arms about it. The obvious non-point that Brits abroad aren’t exactly known for learning the local lingo but if Spain turned around and said Brits needed to speak Spanish to a certain level they’d be within their rights to do so.

Last year a Saudi national was sentenced to death for a similar 'crime', yet Trump and Vance see fit to criticise the UK and Europe for our record on free speech.

Dunno, something about Sudan....

He is believed to have been imprisoned in relation to a deleted Tweet from 2018 about the war in Sudan, his homeland, which provided military support for Saudi Arabia in its ongoing conflict with Yemen.

He had 37 followers!
