Not quite. It shows that if you are a Kuwaiti accused of a violent crime in Denmark you are 8 times more likely to be convicted of it than a Dane. It doesn’t say anything about volume of crime committed by different nationalities in Denmark. I’ll bet that Danes are responsible for more violent crime in Denmark than any other nationality.

The number of convicts in Denmark decreased from 2014 to 2018, before increasing again over the past years.

No it doesn’t, the N is Danes =1. Danes are the comparator. If you don’t understand it I’d avoid commenting on it, or posting stuff you don’t understand, whatever your intention.
