Ffs we live in a society that has examples of cheating, lying and corruption at its heart. Might aswell join them. What do you pay for a tv licence nowadays?

But that's not honest, Bob. You know, the same thing you say Boris isn't.

Right wing tossers dissing the BBC and getting surreptitious likes from other right wing tossers.

Infact, with all the hundreds if not thousands of tv channels and streaming capabilities nowadays, im suprised that anyone finds anything decent to watch on the bbc.

I do watch stuff on BBC TV and I do listen to BBC radio. Even if I didn't, I'd be happy to pay my license fee because I think the BBC is something to be cherished and maintained.

What are you ****s arguing about now?

The BBC constantly gave ****ing Farage a disproportionately big platform for his fascist bile. Anyone who genuinely thinks it’s inherently biased against the right is too thick to read The Sun.

It's not like tax or rates
If you don't use something and no one's going to ask you for money to pay for it then why would you pay for it
If you got rid of sky would you continue to pay for it

Read that back to yourself and see if you think it's worthy of an answer.

Heres an organization that wouldn't mind some of your spare money

Donations in general towards public expenditure
If you wish to make a voluntary payment to HM Government you may arrange a direct bank transfer to HM Treasury. Please be advised that gifts cannot be ring-fenced for a specific purpose or assigned to a specific area of public spending.

You should first confirm your intention in writing by emailing the following address: [email protected]

    Please provide us with:

    • your full name and UK residential address (or UK registered address in the case of donations by businesses)
    • the value of the proposed voluntary donation
    • the date on which you intend to make the proposed voluntary donation (please give at least seven calendar days’ notice)
    • your acknowledgement that you cannot request either a full or partial refund of your (or your business’s) donation once the proceeds have been received by HM Treasury
    • confirmation that the monies being donated are your own (or your business’s) to give and are not the proceeds of crime, money laundering or other illegal activity.
We will reply to confirm receipt of your email. As your donation should be sent by direct bank transfer, we will advise you of the bank account and bank sort code to be used. We will also advise you of the reference you should use for the transaction.

Donations for the purposes of reducing the national debt
If you wish to make a donation specifically for the purpose of reducing the national debt, you will need to download, complete and submit a form to the United Kingdom Debt Management Office (DMO).

Further details can be found on the DMO’s website.

Please note the DMO are constrained to use any donation received solely to purchase or cancel UK government bonds (“gilts”).

I think you might need to re read it yourself
You would be happy to pay for something that you wouldn't need to pay for
    Definitely not worthy
    But I've done it anyway

MPs are set to pocket a £2,000 pay rise on April 1st. The same day that millions are hit by rocketing bills and a National Insurance tax hike. I'm no clairvoyant, but can safely predict that this will go down like a cup of warm sick with voters experiencing real terms pay cuts.

Liz Truss has warned she is willing to trigger Article 16 - unilaterally overriding parts of the post-Brexit agreement on Northern Ireland - if the negotiations she is now leading fail.

Blimey, is this just a repeating job description for a brexit negotiator?

Agree. It used to be a good organisation now it’s a box ticking yogurt knitting mess. The freaks they now employ is laughable. That Breakfast show in the morning with Naga…<yikes>
Loads of my friends that have and still do work there think it’s unrecognisable theses days. They will lose their funding at some point and I’m sure Stroller and co will be happy to pay and watch the content they have to offer.
