There are a few people on this board who have played football at a decent level and know what they're talking about re strategy, tactics etc. You and Bob are top of the list.
I got a chicken kebab from my local take away Col but im not sure if i can say anymore than that as im not an expert on them!
Not many on this board can say they've been a professional footballer, Bob, so you're ahead of the game!
I got paid for doing something i love, a boyhood dream that didnt work out. Even getting 250 quid a week semi pro was a bonus for me. Now seeing the game from a coaches position i realise how rare that dream is and im now the one who breaks kids hearts.
Yeah, so many chasing so few places. Seems to me, if you go for a career as a professional footballer, Hollywood actor or best selling novelist, first devise a Plan B.
How was the chilli sauce? Did you rate the salad Bob, nice and fresh? Could your kebab have been wrapped better (left-hand wrap, or traditional right-hand twist?) It’s a complicated job making a good kebab.
Exactly, i think thats why a lot of clubs, more so in the lower leagues put education as part of their youth set up nowadays.
No Don't tell anyone but I don't even think I have had anything Chilean The barossa valley does a nice Shiraz though
I agree with Angela Rayner's comments on this government. Qualification - attacking midfielder in the Chiswick & District Sunday League.
