Oh crap some Labour insiders are telling Starmer to go for a ‘rejoin the EU’ policy.<doh>
Isn't he finding things tough enough as it is?

I think more than a few on the Left are mate.
More and more are seeing George for the working class hero that he is…..wanna join us ? ;)

Apparently there were Labour Party members campaigning for Galloway in Batley and Spen.

They'd sooner have Johnson in number 10 than Starmer.

If that was true Strolls then they shouldn’t be in the party and defect to the WPB anyway. I ain’t gonna lie, GG does hate the Labour Party for what it’s become and wouldn’t be upset at its demise.
However if it means that there becomes a real voice of the working class, like I feel the WPB offers, then I’ll take the hit for a while.

Can we add a 20% migrant tax to any product being exported from France now that we are out of the EU
That would solve the migrant crisis

He was never my favourite for sure…however he definitely grows on you and often speaks a lot of sense.
Galloway, with his lovely hats to hide his bald head, is a skilled orator and debater. He is also a Stalinist, which may or may not be ok with you (not with me). His long history of sucking up to genocidal Arab dictators, latest manifested in his support for Assad and justification for the Syrian/Russian bombing of Aleppo in which 31,000 people died, on the false grounds that it was an IS stronghold (it wasn’t), and comparing it to the siege of Berlin in 1945, is sickening. Telling the Kurds, who have fought consistently and without real international support against all of Galloway’s friends in the region, that they should ‘seek forgiveness from Damascus’ is sickening too.

This is an interesting website. It might be bollocks like lots of these sloganeering ultra left splinter groups (‘splitters!). But it has quite a lot of thought provoking content, is undeniably far to the left of Starmer and it has an interesting take on Galloway. And it seems to me, on the little I know of your views, that it might be more suited to you than the WPB, which is of course just a vehicle to boost George’s vanity and bank balance.

Kiwi, completely off topic for this thread, but just a heads up that our black and gold away kit has an as yet untapped goody bag of scantily clad girls to choose from when posting on matchday threads this coming season!

I’ll stick with the WPB thanks mate…say exactly what I feel and growing in strength and numbers.
I don’t agree with everything George says or does, however let’s be quite honest here, no one side in the Syrian Conflict was an ‘innocent’ and beyond complaint. Wasn’t it some Australian politician who said it was ‘ bad guys against bad guys’ ?. A bit like the Spanish Civil War where massacres of innocents were perpetrated by ALL sides, both fascist AND Leftist…..
I like George….when you actually listen to what he says he more often than not makes a lot of sense. Of course you won’t.

I formed my opinion of him by listening to what he says, cross referenced with what he does. Just like I do with Johnson, Starmer et al. None of them come out of the process smelling of roses.
