    I’m not a black American; I’m an American. I’m not a black cop or Conservative. I’m a cop. I’m a Conservative.

My race doesn’t define what I do in life. My heart, brain, and soul do.

We move past race by not mentioning it in every damned thing.

Oh crap Ed Millibore has been let out of his cage since the last gaff.
Labour coming out with the old chestnut…. “People are confused with the travel light system” “people are confused with climate change” “people are confused… confused …confused. As I am typing he has just said “it’s confusing”.
This is the best they can come up with? <doh> No chance.

    Andrew Neil
    @afneil

    Great figures for @GBNEWS
Andrew Neil show last night. Number one in time slot (again). Three times audience of Sky News. 26% more than BBC News Channel. And we’ve only just begun.

A few tried to mock GBNews (some on here as well) and have come unstuck. They have already changed some of the format to include more news. Alistair Stewart and Farage have joined. Portillo comes in as a guest and I’m hearing Piers and Holmes maybe incoming.
It really is a breath of fresh air. Equal sided arguments without the afters. Still a few tech problems but that will get sorted.

Yes, it's more interesting than 24 News which is rolling and repeats the same stuff, interviews, general reports every hour.

It's also good to have people who are outspoken, whether from left or right. Very user friendly

A ridiculous situation where parents can’t watch their children’s school sports days, but 2000 VIPs can fly over to watch the football with special legal exemptions. Prolonged covid restrictions are now proving arbitrary and divisive

Labour have ruled out giving John Bercow a peerage.
Seeing him being denied a peerage once was hilarious, twice is epic.

I've seen it now. It's his personal life. Silly boy but this is something for him and his wife to sort. I thought it was something else.

That's not the point. It's gutter press. A security camera image. It's his personal life. He needs to sort. I'm sure all the usual mob that flood social media will be salivating over this,
Although it's a win/win for Boris. They need a scapegoat and he has delivered on a plate.

Agree Jeff. It's his personal life.
Do we need to start attacking peoples lives away from their jobs? I know some will but I won't be one.

Would have some sympathy for this if the flag molesters didn’t circle the wagons every time he clearly does his job objectively dreadfully.

I think the point with the Hancock affair is that it becomes relevant if/when there is proof he broke the COVID restrictions to have an affair. Given his job, that would become close to a resignation issue, not that his colleagues in Govt would care.

I'm sure someone somewhere will have a clip of him saying Professor Lockdown should resign for the same thing.

If there's no evidence of him breaking COVID laws, I'd agree it's a personal thing.

At least you can't call him a ‘nonce’
It's his personal life and plenty of people do this.
    However
As far as I know she was some unpaid adviser but in September she was moved up. If he has given her a job so he could be close to her then that will be a problem.
I'm actually surprised he could pull anyone.
