It’s clearly not for political reasons. The fact he’s a dangerous eugenicist who has driven arguably the biggest perversion of democracy in the country’s history is actually a side point such is the point importance of what this story represents to people.

Interesting that there is a split in the newspapers over Cummings. The Mail takes the strong view that Cummings should go. The Times points out that there is nothing in the public domain that would oblige Cummings to go.
It's not clear. An inquiry into the facts would be helpful except these things take months to complete, and could breach Cumming's four year old son's rights, particularly as he is autistic.
