Still doesn’t address my point though. Both sides now feel impassioned about something that they never gave a thought to.
Though many on the far left have been very anti EU for years ( for example Bob Crows ‘Workers against the EU)

Yep it’s a funny old game. The self-proclaimed protectors of the economy and party of business are actively pursuing something their own analysis suggests will be an economic disaster.

No, we dont call Leavers racists or fascists, because not all leavers are racists or fascists. All racists and fascists are Leavers, however, and so if we did say that, we would be right at least some of the time.

Brexiters is a new one on me, and Gammon is something I've seen some Leavers embrace. Even if it could be insulting, it's nowhere near as insulting as being called traitors, or told we are betraying the country our relatives fought and died to protect.

THAT is insulting, if you want a measure to go by.
Also a lot of physical attacks coming from nutters on that side.

If someone feels insulted then it’s insulting.....I find ‘gammon’ very insulting and racist but is used freely by the remain side.......insults are insults, however you measure them and you are being hypocritical to say one is ok ‘cos you feel it’s less than the other.
Hardly. Having the sacrifice of your ancestors hijacked for such a pathetically damaging dogma is far more insulting than suggesting that someone has a face like a baked ham.

I'm sorry that you refuse to understand that.

It’s the default position I am afraid people are programmed to revisit WW2 for some sort of moral support from history. It’s as if they see anyone who doesn’t follow their views as disrespectful when of course that is not the case at all. If anyone isn’t with the program then you are a militant with no respect at all.

As the truth leaks out about our History of course there will also be an even stronger degree of denial and outrage.

Pretty sure most of our generation gets the fact that we should never forget the sacrifices made just so we can now travel through our own daily self obsessions with the odd day set aside for true remembrance.

You only have to look at the US for the original madness their politics continues to call on God for self righteousness. And look at that country’s history it’s truly shocking.

Still with PPI now gone I fully expect the law parasites to accelerate the historic claims of slavery next so hopefully we all get to see justice for any face colour that still carries a potential name call

I don’t refuse to understand Wills, I just feel you are being a hypocrite.
You have history of being a hypocrite and it seems you still are.
Have a good day.

And, from the video emerging of yesterday’s attack on Brexit supporters, lots of physical attacks coming from the remain side also.
Disgusting behaviour I’m sure you’ll agree.
I havent seen whatever you mean, but after Jo Cox, post-referendum increase in violent attacks on perceived immigrants, the continued harassment of politicians like Soubry and Allen, and the current attempt to bypass parliament, I'd be surprised if something isn't going back.

Ah, so now political violence is ok ?
I suggest you watch the video.
