CZ has seemingly always been labeled as a bit of a 'wrong un'. I was never totally sure where the blame lay during the 'Wotton incident' but I guess this kinds of proves that CZ has a tendency for this sort of behavior. Too much money too young perhaps - not needing to live in the real world and being able to survive by playing a sport most clearly love must all contribute to players going off the rails. I suppose most ordinary people(inc me) use football on a Saturday as a bit of a release-go and have a good shout etc , but if you are employed inside the game then where else do players turn to for their release from the day job, alcohol, gambling etc? BTW , not defending them at all but just a thought.
As an aside I have driven to Lancaster and back today(left at 0600) to deliver No1 son back to uni for the last time, I was sooo tempted to do another hour up to Carlisle-Thank goodness that for once my head ruled my heart!
