No if you look where it tells you how many pages to the thread just follow along to the right and you should have " thread tools" and "watch thread" at the right hand side - i haven't got any mod tools. You are not on a phone are you? Mobile devices may get a different front end possibly?
Ps you can only change threads that you created btw

Well my wife bought it for me for Christmas
It replaced my old one I'd had for nearly 6 years it had slowed up that much I could hardly use it .
This I pad is fine for me we don't have pic or lap top we scrapped them kept the printer though.
It's ideal for me I only surf the net holiday sites and football I'm connected to sky
But not by or any snide channels
This iPad is fine portable and great to take on holiday
