And for next season as well apparently.

Karlan Grant has no track record of scoring goals even at Championship level.
Come to that he has no record of scoring at League One level without Lyle Taylor to help him out.
 
Hackett -Fairchild to start on Saturday. He is utter horse ****. Couldn't score in a brothel.

That was a penalty though. I know penalties count as goals but they aren't as good as goals from open play.
Personally I think penalties shouldn't count on a player's goal tally for the season - unless the penalty taker is the same player who won the penalty.

Fair play to KG if he was the player fouled. But still we could not score from open play against Accrington at home.
Poor in my opinion.

It was a handball Lardi and NOT from a Grant shot.... but he had to keep his nerve while the keeper did everything possible to delay the pen and put Karlan off <ok>

Paul Smyth has joined Accrington Stanley on loan.

I have heard that Karlan Grant was not at the Training ground with the rest of the team today. This is just a rumour but it looks if he might be off.

I think he was trying to bring him in anyway. If Grant leaves for 2M I would hope that Bowyer gets 1 M to bring in a striker, but I can't see it. Have a great day Nick, I wish I was joining you.

It looks like Will Grigg is going to Sunderland. A number of Charlton players have followed Erhun Oztumer on Instagram. Not that it means much.
 
Stoke have released Peter Crouch.

He could do a job for someone, although his wages would be well beyond our reach.

Interesting that Steve Gallen praised the generosity of Arsenal and West Ham with our current loan deals <whistle>

Surely we are not going into Saturday's game with Hackett-Fairchild as our only striking option <laugh><laugh>

For that reason, I think we will sign a striker on loan (75% probability)

The chances of us actually using the Grant fee to buy a player- 0%.
