He's apologised for it enough down the years I suppose. The only modern equivalent I can think of is Tyson Fury and he's clearly not all there in the head

Many Olympic events have had contestants failing drug tests.
But can you name the events that have had zero failed tests ?

Was happening even before there were any financial rewards from being a paralympian. Always confused me when people were surprised since disabled people are fairly used to taking drugs to help with physical performance . The monetary rewards whilst a driver for some to use performance enhancing drugs for many the primary driver is just enhancing their performance - just check out steroid use at your local gym.

He was on his rest day after winning gold at the Lakeside Olympics.

Darts is one of a few 'sports' you can openly take drugs whilst competing.
