I don`t get how a posh bird sitting on a horse walking around a ring gets the same medal as the man/woman who wins the marathon. They should give the medal to the horse.
Fair point. It just doesn`t seem right to me, like a circus act, not a sport.
Sweden deserved it. They had a goal taken away on a ridiculous offside call. Never should have gone to pens.

Sitting down, being wet and bouncing = sailing. The perfect GB sport....that's where we win most of our medals.

Yep. Can't stand her. Absolutely loathesome individual. If the US had to lose, I wish we had been knocked out as a direct result of her howler in the prior game. Should have booted her off the team after her domestic violence incident.
That is a truly awful thing to say. The other team play to their strengths....they don't have to play to yours. Very ungracious and unsporting.
It's especially rich coming from someone who tried to ice their last penalty taker by stalling the game to change gloves.

Shows that he doesn't actually understand his sport. The trick is to do every legal thing to win. I've no doubt he will find himself behind a team doing that one day. If he hasn't already.

Yeah, and it was a WR that has stood for so long because the runner who set it was almost certainly using PED's. It sucks that we have to question what should be an amazing achievement.... but I think we do seriously have to question this one.
