I'm inclined to agree with Jenners here but the only thing stopping me is the Cantona instance. He was banned by the FA and the French FA for the national team despite it being a domestic issue :huh:

Of course what happened was that the wums cranked it all up, wouldn't accept anything we said and accused us of defending him when we clearly weren't, and of saying things we didn't. At this point of course, some of us bite back (pun intended) and the whole thing descends into the usual cretinous playground spectacle and any attempt at serious debate is lost.

Did I or are you chatting your usual bollocks?

I am looking at 2 or 3 posters who HAVE defended his actions from the off. One did backtrack and has since said suarez should be punished but the other 2 are well away with the fairies.

Unless your referring to my comments re Page's poor efforts.

Scholes was also banned by the dutch FA who had the ban transferred to the English FA.
 
good morning UiR have you been so tired out by the long deliberations on the FIFA punishment panel that you are now on brazil time?

are you getting your way and have then guillotine being constructed or is the new zealand rep getting his way and suarez plays next game?
