He is mentally unstable undoubtedly - you have to be to do this sort of thing - still a phenomenal footballer though! Looking at his face at the end of the game, he knew he'd done wrong - compare iot to the celebration after the England game - and in this one they qualified.
 
He's a moron. He ****ing infuriates me with his selfish carry on. Never thinks about his actions and the reputational damage it does to us.
 
I'm a neutral in this situation no united or "big club" rivalry at all. I'me someone who loves watching Suarez play football but hates the circus that comes with it!

He bit him - no two ways about it he bit him - 3 times he's done the same thing now. It wasn't a coming together, he didn't bump into him with his shoulder, he bit him. The bloke needs some form of help as he has some serious mental issues to feel the need to do this. Once - OK it may just be a one off. Twice - possibly coincidental and may give benefit of the doubt - 3 times? FFS!

I don't think FIFA will ban him from club football so you are ok there i would say. If he thought he had a rough ride from the media and fans before though he's in for a nice surprise coming up i'd say.
 
The blokes unstable. He should face a lengthy ban or be banned from all forms of football forever. How many more times can he do this, this is the 3rd time and on the biggest stage in football. Kids the future of football are watching this so FIFA need to come down on him like a tonne of bricks to make sure this never happens again.

My sentiments exactly. Uruguayan press are already slating the British Press for McCarthyite witch-hunting, and they ain't seen nothing yet!

Will be interesting to follow the equally-biased, but polar opposite, trajectories of the newspaper reports from the two nations in the next few weeks. Suarez is in for a massively rough time. Needless to say, he deserves it.

Edit: Don't think we need another Suarez thread. Can a mod merge this with the other thread, just to keep all the dirty linen in one place? :confused:

Yes Barton is a lesser demon, smashing up team mates and attacking several people during a game. Barton is not alone in his madness. Attacking a fan with a flying kick? Ending careers with vicious tackles, taking coke while playing.,. the list goes on.

So, in short you are talking bollocks drogs.

To be fair, he was talking bollocks. There is a long list of players far worse than Suarez. Ben Thatcher you can add to that list, GBH. knocking a player out cold and to be totally honest, you could quite easily kill someone doing what Thatcher did..

He's bitten an opponent for the 3rd time ffs, he deserves every bit of the tidal wave of ****e that's coming his way
