Most guys have done the first two, I'm guessing. I'd've done the third, too, if any of the girls I'd dated had fit sisters. None of them did. Ever.
Meh, I'd rather pull my toe nails out with a pair of rusty pliers than spend a couple of hours on a push iron.

This! We're in agony here lads Went to the pharmacy and got some 50mg nytol sleeping tablets. Should knock me out for a couple of days hopefully, at least it gives my brain some much needed rest sick of thinking about her.
id love to just sleep for 3 weeks In time for the world cup I sent her pics of me at the fa cup final on sat etc, not even a word.. not text her since.. driving me insane
Mate you need to go no contact. If you push you'll drive her further away, they don't think like we do, I'm learning that. It's tough and trust me I understand what you're going through right now, hope for the best but expect the worst. I know you're sick of hearing times a healer, you don't want to be healed you want her back. You don't want the pain to stop you want the happiness to come back. But it's out of both our control, no contact allows you to become happy with yourself again but allows her to think things through, and again, expect the worst, because the hope is the killer.
I've been married to my wife for forever... or at least 13 years... maybe 14 now... I don't know- she probably does though. I know we got married in August one year. I was 23 when I got married (so must be 13 years this August... gosh it feels longer). I'm mostly happy with my wife- which I think is a very good thing after all the centuries we've been together- I think to still like each other after this period of time can only be considered positive. She actually was the first woman I genuinely fell in love with- never really had a really bad breakup with anyone- a couple got me a little mopey for a few weeks- I remember a couple of girls I dated that I was relieved to be broken up with. All I can say as someone who got married at an early age... LIVE YOUR LIFE. As I said, I'm mostly happy with my wife- but I wish I had met her 3 or 4 years later. I feel like I missed out a complete stage in my life being married at that age. It is highly possible breaking up with her while your in university is the best thing that could happen... you won't get too close and risk getting tied down too young. (although getting tied can be fun... lol). When you're an old-old man in your 30's- if you get too attached to someone in your teens or early 20's and stick with her- you'll wish you spent some more time when young unattached. / worse for my wife- she was 20 when she married. She missed out on a lot of the single university life and just after.
In my younger years I found that listening to Luther Vandross when you've found love or lost love is just the best thing! The best black vocalist of his generation gently consoling you or arousing you whichever the case! Listening to him with a shed load of weed! Life doesn't get any better!
This is getting ****ing sickening now, some of your sacks must have retreated rapidly and must now be about level with your belly buttons.
Anyone saying they've not been heart broken are either with their high school sweetheart or they've never been in love
