I believe it is, yes.

Only the winner of the CL, if they haven’t qualified automatically, can do that.

I stand corrected <ok>

As things stand, looks like Spurs are ok then. If Arsenal draw, even if Spurs lose to Everton, you still finish in the CL on GD.

As it stands, it looks that way if the Goons can’t find a winner.

We’ve only got ourselves to blame, we should have put this CL qualification to bed weeks ago.

I still believe 3rd and 4th CL spots should've been forfeited to another couple of leagues somewhere in Europe. I'd probably have quite liked to see AC Milan back in it next season.

Granted their form is appalling but Spurs are punching above their weight to finish fourth and have a (slim) chance of a European Cup.

Oh fs not you too windy. When did you catch spud-i-tis.

Financial wise punching above their weight. Man for man and squad wise i actually think they are under achieving

I'm pretty sure that if someone finishes outside the Top 4 and wins the Europy, the team in 4th is replaced by the winner of the Europy? Is that wrong then?

Wrong mate...England would get 5 teams in CL.
Only if a team outside the top 4 wins the EL and another side outside the top 4 wins the CL would the 4th placed team lose the CL place.
Thank ****!
