Not a peep for 90 minutes. Totally useless, complete and utter waste of space.

Discuss. If you can be arsed

Our support is terrible all round. A few years of top 8 finishes and we've become entitled spoiled brats.
    Embarrassing.

    Spot on.

That'd be another good thing about relegation <whistle>

Absolutely dead football resulting in losses the majority of the time. Such a surprise. I went to Palace away and support was really good.

The football has been ****e for at least half of my life. Our support has never been so piss poor.

Today the support was a lot more embarrassing than the football; we got beat, unsurprisingly, by Chelsea. No surprise there. The Northam in particular was silent as the grave. Anyone remember the noise at Fratton when they got absolutely, comprehensively outclassed by Arsenal, in front of the worlds cameras?

There should be a symbiotic relationship between the fans and the team, the team are much more likely to respond positively to a positive atmosphere, remember when Henri Camara scored that goal against Norwich in '05?, the noise before it was deafening.

The stadium would be half deserted if that happens.

The malaise has carried over from last season both on and off the pitch I think, but in truth the atmosphere at St Mary's has never been that good. We respond to how the game is going rather than inspire the players except for a token guesture at the start.
The Northam is expected to lead the way but the contrbution from the rest of the ground is appauling. I went to Huddersfield at the John Smith's last season and was quite taken aback by the amount of noise from all round the ground. Admittedly, it was their first season in the Prem but I wouldn't mind betting it's still better than ours.
I still say that turning all of the Northam over to home fans would improve things enormously but we know that's not going to happen.

Very disappointed that when Chelsea sung “He’s won more than you, Ryan Bertrand, he’s won more than you...” that we didn’t retort with the Johnstones Paint Trophy song.

    Oh well.

To be fair there was a bit of noise in that good ten minute spell just before they scored.

Nice to know that SFC can play well for 10 minutes or so. And against the likes of Brighton it is for 60 minutes or so. Has somebody forgotten that they need to play for 90+¿?

Not if SFC slip into the lower half. Looking at things, SFC are closer to many championship teams regarding ability than matching the likes of Arsenal or Tottenham on the pitch any time soon, never mind Chelsea.

We've had some cracking atmosphere in the not so distant past - all related though to good times.

v MK Dons JPT semi final second leg
    v Walsall
    v Coventry
    v Liverpool (that 3-2 game)

Thing is, I struggle to find one since the departure of Koeman? (or indeed between the L1/Champ days and the Prem)

Come on guys............ human nature being what it is.......You are not going to get the Northam to out shout any opposition at the moment. For nigh on three years they have had nowt to shout about. Not when you continually get goals scored against you that should have been cut out........It truly does knock the stuffing out of you!! If Saints show any sign of a rally they're usually there for them........but at the moment that is a bit rare.

Inter Milan at home was pretty good, as was the Liverpool semi-final. But yeah, other than that our support has been shocking.

    Yep forgot those.

One day we'll look back and say I was there when we beat Inter Milan at St Mary's.
