The fact is, that no one knows how much the Spurs players earn, other than the fact that they get paid hefty bonuses for winning and scoring and assisting.
Sure, Alli could **** off to a club that will pay him what he earns at Spurs in wages and bonuses, without his having to actually earn any bonuses, but do we really want that kind of player at our club? I know I don't. I'd rather cash in on him and get a player who is prepared to work for success.
