Costa = total ****. Mind you, I would have preferred if Dembele had just knocked him spark out!...

It was a nice eye gouge. I told you Twisty doesn't get football. The eye gouge is the only one that is discreet from the refs if executed correctly, good choice by Dembele.

Having played Rugby and had my eye gouged I can assure there is no such thing as a "nice eye gouge".
i know all Spurs fans have butthurt over there chocking at Chelsea but trying to defend their teams behaviour in the second half just makes you look bitter.
in the first half Spurs were great and you should be hailing that, not some kind of machismo that Spurs can now kick people - that's Pullis football !

you and NSIS are better than this

Nothing to do with machismo, I'm sat in my pink tu tu as I type this. I would have applauded any team that gave Chelsea a good smashing. Its simple, I don't like them. If that was against any lesser team, a team that isn't full of ****s I would have felt embarrassed.

If Spurs fans hail the first half. I'm sure many posters including yourself G4e would be quick to remind us that a game lasts for 90 minutes and that we are showing a small club mentality. You have already said in your above quote that we ' bottled' it and are showing 'butthurt'. Sorry if you dont get the ammunition on a plate to give it some more elbow.

I am glad my team did not suck off Chelsea. I just hope Dembele managed to finish it off in the tunnel. You've played rugby and I've played football and I enjoyed nothing more than raking my studs down some cheeky bastards calf after he thought he was a funny bastard somewhere during the match.

If you do it to someone just because you think you can, that is what makes you a ****. A bit like Costa.

I was just pointing out that The Chavs kicked it off. All this bollocks before the game set the tone. Then all the niggles, aggression, elbows, etc. Plus, of course, Twattenburg lost control completely. It takes two to start a war!...

Shameful really. Trying to defend eye gouging. Spurs fans will now be known as the pulis lovers of thugball.

Awww did Hazard hurt your feelings?
    ffs you soft gits.
All he said was that he wanted to beat Spurs, and that would mean Leicester would be champions.

Player in "wants to win a match" shocker!! Are you that thin skinned? <laugh>

Pathetic stuff from Spurs really. They allowed Chelsea to wind them up wth a few words and then totally lost the plot and their discipline and bottled the game big time. As for their fans trying to defend the eye gouging, stamping and off the ball kicks, well as you know I'm no fan of Chelsea, but they have just lowered themselves to the cloggers level like Stoke.

Eye gouging, biting and spitting are things that should never be defended on the football pitch, regardless of what has gone on before.

    That's crap.
Yes, we lost control. But to suggest that Chelsea are totally blameless in all this, is one eyed nonsense!

You could include Hiddinks comments about being up to the fight.
The game started with all the usually niggles. Elbows, foot left in just a little bit too long, etc. Twattenburg should have stepped in early, it wasn't as if you needed to be Sherlock ****ing Holmes to work out which way the game was heading if not brought under control.
It must be nice for you to see Hazard finally get off his arse?!!

Acceptable? I guess it must have been as Haaland had really pissed Keane off...

Thats fight in the metaphorical sense, as in fight for the result,
did Spurs think he meant he wanted a literal fight? I know Kane & Co, aren't the sharpest tools but come on....
Hiddink is about as mild mannered as they come.

There was no need for the comment apart from to increase tension and pressure. We're not stupid, we knew that Chelsea would want to beat us at Stamford Bridge.

The teams don't like each other so it was always going to be a physical game. However Twattenburg allowed it to descend into a battle.

Maybe Haaland had said that he wanted to win the match in a pre match interview

That's ridiculous!! Pretty low even by your standard.
Keane admitted that he went to break Haaland's leg!..
