Here's the thing, lads.

With it finishing Sunderland 0 v 0 Arsenal, if we beat WBA, we would have to lose our remaining three games and Arsenal win all of theirs for them to finish above us.

St Totteringham's Day is looking an increasingly bleak prospect for the Gooners, this year. Indeed, Next weekend could very well see the first of many St Arsehole's Days.

You expect Spurs to be really **** when we all have grandchildren?
 
Not at all, Stan. You really need to think these things through before you rush in, mate.

Spurs will be all-conquering, and the grandkids will ask, with eyes wide in wonderment, "Were you really there at the start of it all, Grandpa Stan?" And you'll say, "Too fooking right I were, son!" and you'll show the wee lad's Grandma the back of your hand, for old Time's sake.

I don't think I'll be around in 50 years time to see Spurs' next title "challenge".

Stan: "Aye, lad, I fooking well were! They could only finish second, mind!"
Grandchild: "Where did United finish that season, Grandpa?"
[Stan gives the wee lad the back of his hand]
Stan: "Don't fooking cheek me, lad! Ahm not talking 'bout United!"
Grandchild: [rubbing the side of his face] "Sorry, Grandpa! I wor only fooking interested, like."
Stan: "Well. Go and give yer Grandma a fooking slap and tell 'er to put fooking kettle on!"
