If they believe they are considered equals by the the manager and their team-mates, then they are more likely to pull and front-up together on the pitch when things get tough.
Tbf it's easy to say it when things are going well and the the usual suspects are having a torrid season. For the same reason, it's also easier to believe as well.

Just typed in "small car in front of a lorry" one of the first images was a blue car which helped. People will take photos of anything nowadays.

And on pitch, the players have repeatedly picked themselves up after each "Spursy" episode this season. Something fundamental has changed with the mindset of the on-pitch personnel.
