The team is everything.
You continually hear it in Pochettino interviews, and often in post-match stuff from the players.
If they believe they are considered equals by the the manager and their team-mates, then
they are more likely to pull and front-up together on the pitch when things get tough.

Tbf it's easy to say it when things are going well and the the usual suspects are having a torrid season. For the same reason, it's also easier to believe as well.
 
Okay. I suppose Pixie would call that an "owning!" He's that desperate.

By the way, where is Pixie? I haven't seen him for days.

Pochettino takes any interviewer that tries to squeeze praise for individuals immediately down
the 'team' script. And several of the players are doing the same on the media outlets.

And on pitch, the players have repeatedly picked themselves up after each "Spursy" episode
this season.

Something fundamental has changed with the mindset of the on-pitch personnel.

Thank **** for that, can't have a member of the dark side coming over. Some indication that you were going for a caption would help, you nearly blew my mind, thinking all along you were a Lillywhite
