He has, albeit being backed with truck loads of cash. Something that Levy wouldn't afford him.

Like I say, the chances of it happening are next to zero. But on the off chance it did, no way is Levy stupid enough to take on a high profile, controversial manager like Maureen without having a firm agreement on such things as transfer spending.

Thing with Maureen though is that he goes off the rails and doesn't stick to the script. We've seen it at every club he's been at, as soon as things start going wrong he's blaming everything and everybody but himself. Man is a liability and he's past it at the top level.

He’s made himself unemployable.

Would be ****ing funny if it did though. Who do you think will replace Poch mate ?

There is no one to replace Poch, which is why he’s staying.

You need to concentrate more on Dick Emery’s inevitable capitulation and sacking, Ollie-style.

We all know it’s coming.

I think Spurs would probably get a bit of their bounce back with Maureen, but how long would it last before he reverts to type and starts chucking his toys out ? Let's be honest here, Maureen is past it at the top level and relies on spending his way out of trouble, something Levy is renowned for not doing.

I couldn't think of a worse pairing of manager and chairman to be honest. Bring it on <laugh>

I am being honest

People writing off Jose are just joining a bandwagon...it’s laughable stuff tbh.

Everyone needs to spend...not bothered how long it lasts. That’s another myth about creating ****ing Empires.

Trust me 442 will be back in fashion one day too and fullbacks will concentrate on defending and wingers will whip balls in for Strikers to slam home...seen it all before.

You swallowed a book of Cliches this morning bru?

I tend to agree with this. He's got so much baggage and a track record for ****ing things up. His time at the top is done.

He'd be a perfect fit for Spurs then :)

....Arsenal would be far more appropriate.

A team that used to compete at the top, but now finds itself seriously lacking.

That also describes Mourhino perfectly!

It would be hilarious if the bloke who slated Wenger as “a specialist in failure” went to Arsenal and failed.

Well we have a bet regarding that, so we'll see.

But if Ole gets sacked mate, then it's even more likely that Poch will go.

Do you really think Levy and Mourinho know less of each other’s personality than Piskie?

<laugh>

Nah bru, just been paying attention for the last 4 years.

I can see that you find solace in your delusions mate.

You think Poch is staying for the long term <laugh>

Poch isn’t interested in the United job. It’s a poisoned chalice.

Do you want an avatar bet that, should Poch leave Spurs, it won’t be to United?

We've already got an avatar and usename bet regarding Poch leaving Spurs mate <ok>

All I want is for Poch to stay longer at Spurs than Emery at Arsenal, then Levy can go and get Big Sam, for all I care.
