BUT, unless he was like 8 years old when I joined this site, he must be an adult, because I have been talking to him to for 6 years, and if anything he has gotten worse, especially in the last 2 years. Leicester winning the league must have tipped him over the edge. But in all seriousness, ruling him out as a child leaves one other option, PPD-NOS (What they call a non specific, Pervasive Developmental disorder).

Very often, those of lower intelligence mistake high intellect for something defective. I have long since accepted this truth.
